Each skate will have a main fundamental theme with complimentary gameplay themes to ensure every player completes enough repetitions of a given skill to improve within one session.  

Our goal is to not only teach the players where and when to use the fundamental skills, but to also put the players in high pressure situations and test whether they can execute these skills when decision making is at the forefront.  Themes covered during the 5 week program:

• Crossovers and speed changes
• Pivots and offensive zone playmaking
• Stride and shooting
• Crossovers and zone exits / entries
• Pivots and gap control
•  Stride and triple threat scoring tactics.
