Summer Break

Each day of camp will include 4 hours of on-ice training, 1 hour off-ice training, and 1 hour of outdoor sports.  A perfect formula to get back in game shape and be ready to XCEL for the start of hockey season. 

With 4 hours of on ice development, every day will feature different aspects of skating, stickhandling and shooting skills that will challenge players of all skill levels.  After 2 hours of morning skill sessions, the afternoon will feature small area games and themed scrimmages that will develop the players decision making and hockey IQ. 

Our off ice training will alternate between focusing on foot speed, agility and basic strength training to recovery, stretching and breathing techniques each day.  Come join us for the ultimate hockey development experience at Xcel!!
