Our Team Training Program is designed to facilitate the holistic development of both individual players and the team as a whole. We focus on weekly themes that introduce, isolate and apply each skill in game situations and applications.

Our program places a strong emphasis on honing fundamental skills such as skating, passing, shooting, stick-handling and offensive & defensive techniques.

Team Systems and Tactics

Our trainers work closely with the team to develop and implement effective game strategies, including offensive and defensive plays, zone entries, cycling and much more!

Team Training Camps

Scheduled during the summer months, our camps provide extended practice and skill development opportunities, also serving as a platform for team bonding
